Q: How much do you charge?

A: No surprise pricing. We charge by the load (¼, ½, ¾, or full trailer) + any dump fees or extra labor. Most single-item pickups start at $95–$150. Average apartment or storage cleanout runs $350–$850. You’ll get an exact price before we start — never after.

Q: Do you give free quotes?

A: Yes! Text photos to (405) 448-7098 or describe what you have and I’ll shoot you a firm price in minutes. No on-site quote fee unless the job is over an hour away.

Q: When can you come?

A: Same-day or next-day 90% of the time, including weekends. Text or call before noon and there’s a good chance we’re there today.

Q: Do I need to be home?

A: Nope. Leave it curbside, in the driveway, or give us gate/code access and we’ll handle everything. We’ll text before/after photos.

Q: What can you take?

A: Almost everything that’s legal and non-hazardous: furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard waste, construction debris, storage unit cleanouts, hoarder houses, eviction trash — you name it. (See full list on our “What We Haul” page.)

Q: What can’t you take?

A: Hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, paint (unless completely dried), oil drums (unless cut open), refrigerators with freon still inside, and tires.

Q: Do I have to bag or box anything?

A: No. Just point and we load. We bring the muscle and the trailer.

Q: How long does it take?

A: Most jobs are done in 30 minutes to 3 hours. We work fast so you can get on with your day.

Q: Do you recycle or donate?

A: Yes! Anything usable goes to local charities first. Metal gets recycled and helps keep our prices low.

Q: Are you insured?

A: 100%. Full general liability and cargo coverage. Certificates available on request.

Q: Why should I choose a 19-year-old over the big companies?

A: Because I answer my own phone 7 days a week, show up when I say I will, and 20% of every job helps feed orphans in Sierra Leone and the homeless here in OKC. You get better service and your money actually does some good.
