We keep this simple because we’re a small, family-run Oklahoma business not a tech giant.

1. What We Collect

When you contact us (call, text, email, website form, or social media), we may collect:

- Your name

- Phone number

- Email address

- Service address / location

- Photos or descriptions of the items you want removed (only so we can give you an accurate quote and do the job right)

That’s it. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, credit card info (unless you pay by card on-site), birthdates, or anything else unnecessary.

2. How We Use It

- To schedule and perform your junk removal or cleanout

- To send you a quote, invoice, or receipt

- To text or call you about your job (time changes, arrival, follow-ups)

- To occasionally send before/after photos or thank-you messages (you can opt out anytime)

3. Who Sees It

Only me (the owner) and anyone I personally hire to help on the job.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes — ever.

4. Photos & Marketing

We love showing before/after photos because they help people see what we do.

We never post your address, license plate, or anything that identifies you without your permission.

If you’d rather we not use your job photos at all, just say “no photos” when you book — we’ll honor that 100%.

5. Payments

If you pay by card on-site through Square or similar, their privacy policy also applies to that transaction. We do not store your full card number.

6. Texts & Calls

By contacting us, you agree we can text or call you about your job.

You can reply “STOP” anytime and we’ll remove you from any future messages.

7. Security

Your info lives on password-protected phones and a secure Google Drive folder. Nothing fancy, but nothing gets left on public Wi-Fi or shared computers.

8. Your Rights

Want to see what we have or want it deleted? Just text or call and say “delete my info.” We’ll wipe it within 24 hours (except basic accounting records we’re required by law to keep for taxes).

9. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change anything big, we’ll put a notice on the website and our Facebook page.
